Roundtable: “CODA’s experience at Elementary School”

CHCDP plans to have a roundtable event once in a while. This allows us to get together to observe the discussion in various topics at one of the CHCDP members’ homes or  public places.

This time we will have our first roundtable coming up on Saturday morning,  May 14th at Tracey Kempton’s home and it should last up to 2 hours. The topic of the day is “CODA’s experience at the Elementary School”. The guest speakers are Jamie Yost Merritt (she has a coda daughter as well)  and Kari Bahl.

Option B: If you can not go for the whole weekend, you are able to buy one night ticket to Women’s Town Extravaganza!  Early bird price before April 11 is $10 per person for this Women’s Town evening only.  After April 11 or at the door, the price will raise to $15. **

**CHCDP is joining the vendor competition! CHCDP is going to try to win 500 dollars and it will  support on going CHCDP children activities! CHCDP needs large fans! SO please to COME and support us during the compeition. It ought be fun! Of course, free Sweets for the Sweet cupcakes will be giving out!

** Sofia Seitchik, the GDW founder, is generous offering CHCDP an opportunity to fund raise money for us!  CHCDP will earn 30% commission when we have 100 CHCDP fans buy Women’s Night tickets.   For example, when 100 CHCDP fans  buy Women’s night ticket, GDW will pay CHCDP $300. WE HAVE TO reach out 100 fans!

Children’s Instructional Summer Program CAMP IS HERE!

The 2011 Children’s Instructional Summer Program registration for children ages 4- 12, begins Monday, April 4th, 2011 to Monday, April 11th, 2011.

 

Facts:

Total Cost: $675.00 for Gallaudet emplyees/Alumni. $875.00 for non-Gallaudet employees.

 

Payment: Deposit and Final payment to be made at Cashier’s Office on campus, College Hall, room B06. Cash, credit card, and check payments accepted.

Deposit: $150 NON-REFUNDABLE is due at time of application (you are not registered if we don’t have the application and deposit)

Camp Dates: June 27, 2011 – July 29, 2011 (closed on July 4 – Independence Day)

Where: Gallaudet University Campus- Model Secondary School for the Deaf (MSSD)
